DAY 1 : HANOI ARRIVAL
Meet on arrival and transfer to hotel for check-in. Free at leisure.
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 2 : HANOI – HA GIANG - QUANG BA (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we drive to Ha Giang ( 300 KM ), a province in the far north of Vietnam. Your route will take you through mountainous landscape and striking scenery. Stop for lunch and short break. Then, continue to drive about 50KM more via Quan Ba mountain pass where we can stop for some photo shot. Dinner and overnight at Tam Son town.
DAY 3 : QUANG BA – YEN MINH - DONG VAN (B,L,D)
Breakfast. Today, we will drive about 175 KM to Dong Van karst plateau. First, we have photo stop from Heavenly gate of Quan Ba on the way to Yen Ninh-a beautiful valley nested in the mountains. We also drive through several beautiful and quiet hamlet called romantic local name as Pho Cao, Sung La which are covered by seasonal flower fields. Some stop to visit the local house are reccommended.
Another stop at Pho Bang town called by tourists “the town falling into the oblivion” inhabited by the Hoa and H’Mong people. We also take a break at the foot of the pass far walking to reach a village of the La Chi, another small ethnic group with only over 3,000 individuals in Vietnam whose culture is really unique and strong.
After dinner, we will have some relaxing moment to enjoy coffee at Ancient town coffee shop.
Overnight in Dong Van town.
DAY 4 : DONG VAN – MEO VAC – DONG VAN (B,L,D)
Breakfast. We can see colorful market if on Sunday. Departure to Meo Vac ( 25KM) located along the Chinese border, some of the most picturesque villages in the northern tip of Vietnam. A scenic route will take you to the Ma Li Leng Pass from where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Nho Que River. Stop for a while to see a river like a silky fillet looming in fog which brings tourists a pleasant sensation of a naturally romantic masterpiece. Getting close to Meo Vac, there appeared some small hamlets of the H’mong built on the immense limestone hill sides. Stop for visiting one of these hamlets for the first impression of the very hard life on this mysterious limestone highland. We visit to a small village of the Lolo, an ethnic group with only about 4,700 peoples near the town.
Lunch at Dong Van and proceed our trip to Lung Cu ( 30KM). Visit a village of the H’mong ethnic and a village of the Red Lolo in Lung Cu then move on to the Vuong Family Palace once ruled over the H’mong in the region and popularly known as King of the H’mong. Overnight in Dong Van.
DAY 5 : DONG VAN – HA GIANG (B,L,D)
Breakfast. Free time till transfer back to Ha Giang ( 150 KM ) on the same route. After check-in, we may have time to visit the village ofTay ethnic group. Dinner and overnight in Ha Giang.
DAY 6 : HA GIANG - HANOI (B,L)
Breakfast. Free time till transferred back to Hanoi. Free at leisure. Ovenight in Hanoi
DAY 7 : HANOI DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Free time till transfer to airport for departure flight
