5 DAYS DA NANG - HUE - HOI AN - MY SON
Highlights: Imperial citadel, mausoleum of Khai Dinh or Tu Duc King, Thien Mu pagoda, Minh Mang tomb, Hoi An ancient town, My Son complex, Kim Bong carpentry village, Marble mountain.
DAY 1 : DANANG ARRIVAL - HUE (D)
Meet on arrival and proceed to Hue. After check-in, we begin to discover Imperial Citadel from where the Nguyen Dynasty ruled between 1802 and 1945 including Flag Tower, Noon Gate, Nine Dynastic Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace, and Forbidden Purple City. We also visit the traditional villages making hat and incense. After lunch, continue to visit the mausoleum of Khai Dinh or Tu Duc king. Dinner and ovenight in Hue.
DAY 2 : HUE - HOIAN (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we take boat trip on Perfume river to visit Thien Mu pagoda and Minh Mang tomb. Return to hotel for check-out and having lunch.
The, we depart for Hoian via Haivan pass. We stop at Lang co beach for photo shot. Arriving Hoian and check-in. Experience cyclo tour around the ancient town to visit Japanese bridge, Phuc Kien communal House, the ancient house of Tan Ky. Dinner and overnight in Hoian.
DAY 3 : HOIAN – MYSON (B,L)
After breakfast, we depart to My Son complex located about 50KM from Hoian. My Son once was the site of religious ceremony during Champa dynasty, and was also a burial place of Champa royals and national heroes. It comprises many Champa temples, in a valley roughly two kilometers wide, surrounded by two mountain ranges. Though the complex has been destroyed over time, we still see many majestic ancient ruins of temples in the area.
It takes about 2 hours for walking around to explore the unique temples and its ruins. After that, we leave My Son for Cau Lau boat station. Take a boat excursion to visit Kim Bong carpentry village, 3km west of Hoi An.
Return to hotel. Free for the rest of day.
DAY 4 : HOIAN - DANANG (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Free time for walking around Hoian town, shopping. After lunch time, we proceed to Danang city. On the way, stop by Marble mountain and stone carving village. Overnight in Danang.
DAY 5 : DANANG DEPARTURE (B)
Breakfast at hotel. Visit to Cham museum before transferred to aiport for departure flight
