DAY 1 : HANOI ARRIVAL (D)
Meet on arrival and transfer to hotel for check-in. 01 hour cyclo tour around Old Quarter, French Quarter. Enjoy Water puppet show followed by dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi
DAY 2 : HANOI – NGHIA LO - TU LE (B,L,D)
After breakfast, we depart to Tu Le (Yen bai province), some stop en-route for picture of landscapes, have lunch enroute at local restaurant, Upon arrival, check in hotel. Enjoy walking around villages to see Thai people & H'mong people & take pictures, have change to learn about their culture. Late afternoon, light trekking to isolated village under Khau Pha pass. Dinner ( served local famous sticky rice + grill chicken ) & Overnight in Tu Le town
DAY 3 : TU LE - MU CANG CHAI (B,L,D)
Have breakfast, discover Tu Le local market. After that, we drive to Mu Cang Chai where have beautiful terraced fields was recognized as heritage of terraced fields. Arrival in Mu Cang Chai at mid afternoon and having lunch. We will make soft trekking to La Pan Tan and Che Cu Nha Villages which are the most well-known rice terrace. Visit typical house of regional ethnic minorities. Dinner and overnight in Mu Cang Chai.
DAY 4 : MU CANG CHAI - O QUI HO PASS - SAPA (B,L,D)
Breakfast. Departure for Sapa via O Quy Ho pass (one of the 4 greatest passes in Vietnam). Stop at O Quy Ho pass right at the entrance to Sapa. On a clear day, we can see “Cloud Passing Through” – an interesting natural phenomenon of Hoang Lien Son park. Visit the Silver Waterfall enroute. After check-in and short break, we take a 2km trek to Cat Cat Village, home of H'mong Ethnics. Dinner and Overnight in Sapa.
DAY 5 : SAPA/ LAO CHAI & TAVAN VILLAGE - HANOI (B,L,D)
Get up in the early morning and enjoy the fresh air and the daily life at Sapa. After breakfast, we embark on a lovely trek that will take us along the trails and through several hills tribe villages Lao Cai & Ta Van, home to Black H'mong, and Dzay people. This is an absolutely spectacular walk through stunning scenery inhabited by some of the friendliest people you can meet. Once on the valley floor you can really appreciate the wonderful scenery that surrounds you. The walls of the valley are covered with multi-layered rice terraced fields and scattered villages. We will return to Sapa in the afternoon. After lunch, we start a journey back to Hanoi. Dinner & overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 6 : HANOI CITY TOUR - HALONG BAY (B,L,D)
In the morning, we visit Ho Chi Minh complex inclusive of Uncle Ho’s Mausoleum and Museum, house on stilts, One Pillar Pagoda. Continue to visit the Ethnology Museum, the Literature Temple which is Vietnam’s first university constructed in 1070. Our last stop will be Tran Quoc pagoda and West lake
After lunch, drive about 4 hours to Halong city. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta country side and have a short break on the way. Check-in hotel for overnight in Halong city. Shopping at night market after seafood dinner
DAY 7: HALONG BAY - HANOI (B,L,D)
Breakfast. Transferred to boat station for boarding. Enjoy 4 hours cruising around the magnificent bay for sightseeing. We will visit Dau Go or Thien Cung caves, the most beautiful caves in bay with great stalactites and stalagmite. Seafood lunch served on boat.
Return to Hanoi. Shopping at Dong Xuan market & Old Quarter. Dinner. Overnight in Hanoi
DAY 8 : HANOI DEPARTURE (B)
Free time till transfer to airport for departure flight.
