FULL DAY CAO DAI TEMPLE & CUCHI TUNNELS
Itinerary:
Pick up time: 7:30 AM
In the morning, visit the Cu Chi Tunnels after one and a half hours driving. This underground tunnels network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during our struggle for independence. Before exploring the system, we watch a short documentary film of how this extraordinary tunnels constructed. We then spend the next hour exploring the area with the maze of tunnels system (with 3 levels). Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of war.
Then we depart for Tay Ninh. After another one and a half hours driving, we visit The Great Holy See Temple, built in 1926 which is considered one of the most striking structures in all of south-east Asia. We will have a chance to see the colorful noon-day mass held by the Cao Dai followers. It is an experience not to be missed.
After lunch at a local restaurant, transferred back to HCMC.
